Michael is a New York native and has been a full time real estate investor since 2019.  He purchased his first multifamily property in 2014 and quickly caught the real estate bug.  Entrepreneurial at heart, Michael owned and operated several Mixed Martial Arts and Fitness Centers while competing in MMA and Muay Thai before founding his real estate investment firm.  Currently Chirico Realty owns and operates over 11M+ in Multifamily real estate and has been a principal party in over 20M+ worth of transactions.
